Accessibility @ The Loos

Loos Center for the Arts at The Woodstock Academy is dedicated to providing accessible opportunities for all visitors to engage with the arts. Please view our venue accessibility features below and contact us with any questions.

Assisted Listening

Attending a performance or event in Loos Center for the Arts in the future with Bluetooth-compatible cochlear implants or hearing aids? Download the free Sennheiser MobileConnect application (iOS / Android) for a simple way to connect to the Loos Center for the Arts-assisted listening channels on your personal mobile device.

If you don't have a personal mobile device capable of installing the Sennheiser MobileConnect app, or if your cochlear implants/hearing aids only support a T-Coil connection, visit the Box Office when you arrive at the venue to borrow a compatible receiver, free of charge.

Using the Sennheiser MobileConnect app is easy.  Control your visitor listening experience; adjust tone and volume to your specific needs.

Venue Parking

Loos Center for the Arts parking is limited; available on a first-come, first-served basis to those who have purchased a premium ticket to an event or visitors with a disability parking permit. Please contact the Box Office ahead of your event to ensure that parking is available for your needs.

Theater Seating

Loos Center for the Arts seating is flexible and can accommodate a wide range of accessible seating needs. Visitors with wheelchairs, walkers, or companion-transition seating needs are easily sat in dedicated spaces throughout the venue. For assigned seating events, visitors select their desired seating option during the checkout process. For general admission events, visitors are highly encouraged to contact the Box Office prior to their arrival to ensure that the seating layout is set appropriately for visitor's needs.

The Gallery

Please note: While the Atrium and Theater of Loos Center for the Arts are fully accessible, a small flight of 10 stairs resides between the Atrium and Gallery.
