Account Credit

Account Credit can be issued for a variety of reasons at Loos Center for the Arts. Account credit never expires, and can be used on tickets to any Loos Center for the Arts event.

Viewing Account Credit Balance

Typically, after account credit is issued, you'll receive an email from boxoffice@theloos.org with a notice of your new balance. In some rare instances, you may not be notified. 

To view your up-to-date Account Credit balance at any time, visit theloos.org/account and sign in with your Loos Center for the Arts Box Office Account. You'll find your up-to-date credit balance under the "Account Credit +" section.

Using Account Credit

To use your Account Credit:

  1. Visit Events & Tickets and navigate to the event you'd like to attend.
  2. "Sign In" using the email address that your account credits are stored under.
              (If you've never logged in before, use the "Password Reset" option to set a password). 
  3. Add tickets from the event you'd like to attend to your cart.
  4. Proceed to the payment screen and select "Account Credit" as your payment method.

If you don't see an available account credit balance, you may be logged in with the incorrect account OR you may not have any remaining account credit balance.
