Tickets purchased to events at Loos Center for the Arts have a strict "no refunds, no exchanges" policy. Please verify that your entire party can attend the event before purchasing tickets. If an order was accidentally placed, contact boxoffice@theloos.org within 24 hours of your order completion to request an order credit. All approved order credits will be issued via gift certificate, excluding all service fees, which will not be refunded nor credited.
